Sir Sam's Ski Hill is a 2 minute Drive.
The 4 bedrooms are split over 3 floors. We have 2 seating areas including downstairs and a sitting area off the master. Wrap around deck that overlooks a ravine and through the trees you can see flashes of skiers in the Winter. Walking distance to Sir Sams Ski Hill.
We provide all equipment needed for cooking/baking, some spices, salt and pepper, cleaning supplies, paper towel (1 roll), toilet paper (3 rolls in each bathroom), kitchen and hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, hand soap, propane for the BBQ.
We provide comforters and pillows. Sheets and bath towels must be brought or we can order this for $25/bed (Flat/fitted/pillow case/bath towel) through our supplier.
Full access to the cottage with the exception of supply closet/laundry room.

In the Winter, winter tires are needed to access and AWD or 4WD is recommended.

To complete your booking we will need a signed rental agreement, $1000 refundable deposit and 2 pieces of I’d that match the credit card and reservation name
Must be 25 years old to book and the majority of your group needs to be over the age of 25.
We allow up to 2 dogs with prior permission. A pet fee applies to each dog. No Cats or other animals allowed.
If there will be more people than the original booking, you must let us know and there is an extra guest fee of $50 per person per night.
Zero tolerance for excessive partying (we do not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties). Noise by laws start at 10:30pm. Outdoor activities should be brought inside.
No fireworks allowed. A fine of $500 will be applied if caught lighting fireworks.
We have zero tolerance for smoking of any kind in our cottage. If caught, there will be a fine of $500
For weekday bookings of groups of 4 people or less, complimentary linen service is included upon request.
