„Once again we had a wonderful time staying at Dan’s Mizzou home. It’s the perfect size and location and we’ve now rented it twice! Owner is communicative and responsive and everything you could need is provided for your stay! Decorations and MIZ accents are outstanding.“

„I have always loved this little cottage and was thrilled to be able to stay there when we returned to CoMo after moving away 2 yrs ago. Many of my local friends stopped by for a tour. It is a unique property with many features expected of an older historic home (creaky floors and short doorways). „The house was very cute inside and close to down town. Owner was very nice and even let us know about bad weather that was coming and where we could seek shelter of needed. The beds were comfortable and the home was nicely decorated. Would stay here again next time we are in town visiting our family“

„My wife and I stayed for two nights to celebrate our 19yr anniversary. We got a bike ride in on the Katy and checked out local watering holes. The Katy Caboose was cute. We enjoyed the deck on a beautiful starry night.“
