Beste aus beiden Welten! Genießen Sie die Privatsphäre von Northwoods Lake Living und verbringen Sie einen Urlaub, der 1,6 km von der Innenstadt von Eagle River entfernt ist. Dieses aktualisierte und sehr saubere Cottage mit offenem Konzept befindet sich am Wasser in der Yellow Birch Bay (auch als Bull Pen bekannt). Für 8 Personen mit 1 Queensize-Bett, 2 Doppelbetten und einer brandneuen Queensize-Ausziehcouch. Beinhaltet Waschmaschine, Trockner, Gaskamin, Flachbildfernseher, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, zusätzliche Decken und alle Küchenutensilien. Saisonaler Wohnraum im Freien ist im Sommer ein Bonus. Fishing vacation
Cabin was very clean and was exactly as described. Very convenient to local shops in Eagle River. Location was perfect, especially if you bring a boat. The landing was only 100 yards away. I would definitely recommend this to others. If I had one concern it would be with the firmness of the beds. All in all I’d rate my stay a 9 out of10.

Northwoods getaway on the lake
My wife and I with two other couples chose this property for it's proximity to down town Eagle River and the chain of lakes it's on, we weren't disappointed. You don't have to go far from the dock to find plenty of restaurants or watering holes. The lounge area in the garage was a great place to wind down after a day on the water and the perfect place to gather in the evening. The Eagle River area is a new favorite vacation destination.

The place is located right on the lake, the kids had a great time catching small perch and bluegill… the swimming beach is located right up the road… the kids got to feed deer out of their hands that just walked up to the property… we had a blast!!! Great time!!! Will definitely come back!!

Comfortable Cranberry Cottage
The house was clean, neat and comfortable. It was in a lovely, peaceful location with a beautiful lake view close to town. Lots of deer roamed the neighborhood. We enjoyed spending time in the spacious and unique family room. Our hosts were helpful and easy to work with.

Great location
The house was right off the lake. There was a nice stream in the front yard and we got to feed the deer right from the yard. It was very close to downtown but still secluded. Access was no issue and the property manager was very helpful.

End of summer getaway!
The house was easy to find! Convenient to stores and to the downtown area. We brought our boat, boat launch close and easy to use. Enjoyed taking the boat through the chain of lakes. The house was good for our family. The garage is a bonus . We ate all of our meals there and was a perfect place to hang out away from the bugs and while it was raining!

Another nice stay
We had a really nice stay the precious year and found the cottage to have some improvements this year. This is not brand new luxury but it’s comfortable and clean in a great location. We had a 21 foot deep V boat tied to the dock, brought our kayaks, and had fun playing and eating on the chain. The kids also walked to the swimming area just a short distance away and had fun fishing in both areas. We walked to town most days as well as it’s a great location for families. We had a July stay both years and you will enjoy the does with their fawns walking closely around the yard. The screened in garage area is really nice to hang out and relax or play some games. The owner was really easy to work with both years and you can tell she cares about you and your stay. Thanks!!

Perfect house near the water
Group of friends stayed a long weekend to ride atvs and this house fit us perfectly. Owners were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay with any questions we had. Garage with the netting was great for the nights we got back to the house to hang out. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to come up to the eagle river area!

Best value, great location, great family time
The 7 of us stayed (2 adults and 10, 10, 13, 14,14 for kids). This isn’t “new resort” accommodations. It’s an aged cottage with aged furniture and appliances. That means not everything will be perfect. So if that isn’t ok with your group don’t stay here. It was very clean and we found it to be extremely comfortable. We enjoyed playing games and watching the deer from the screened in garage when it rained. We grilled out, played basketball, and had a great time. It’s not sandy beach swimming but our kids (and ourselves too) walked to a swimming area just a short distance away; an easy, short walk. The cottage is also close to the boat landing and we enjoyed walking into town to eat and shop. We had 2 fawns hanging around and many other deer as well. The kids caught a ton of fish from the dock and all over the bay and the boys and I went out and had success on walleyes and had a nice musky up to the boat. The bay is great for the kids to kayak and I let ours that have boaters safety run a little tiller around the bay too because traffic is light. You have access to the entire chain of beautiful lakes and rivers and are down a road that is very quiet with only one other place at the end. The owner was quick to respond and always super friendly making us all feel comfortable and able to relax. We didn’t need it but there is an air conditioner now that would easily make sleeping comfortable on hot, humid days. It’s such a great value I’d recommend it to anyone who appreciates relaxing and having fun with family!

Beautiful lake property
Booked 9 months ago for 6 adults- 48-60 year olds. Yearly trip. Cottage was as presented. Well stocked kitchen & had toilet paper/ paper towels, bath towels. Nice party garage- with lights free from Bugs. I noticed a comment about wet rug in previous post- really not an issue - was wet when we came- due to rain- but give them a break- they r adding a garage and fixing house roof with it! Didn’t stop our fun!! Would rent again. Only downfall is no fire pit- which we bought one to use ourselves.

Great Eagle River Location on Yellow Birch
We booked a trip to Eagle River last minute for a end of summer vaca before my wife went back to school. We had a blast! Rented a boat and did a lot of water activities. No AC in the house which worked fine for us in late August, just beautiful weather. The property is in an amazing spot, tucked back out of town, very quiet and far enough off the main channels. Not a great beach area, but really no one in the area had their own private beach area that was great. Overall we had a great time here! Would recommend checking it out.

Awesome stay!
Great place! Owner was quick to respond to our questions during our stay. Weather was spectacular 80's and sunny. Deer visited every morning and afternoon. Lots to do! Great location, short walk or run to downtown Eagle River. The home is in a bay (Bull Pen) not much boat traffic. Great for kids. We rented kayaks and a pontoon boat. Highly recommend! We will be back next year.

Lack of Air Conditioning and adequate refrigeration made this a tough trip.
The house is located on the beautiful chain of lakes, which we loved. It had several things we encountered that made it a disappointing stay including - enormous amounts of goose poop which we spent all morning picking up just so we could have a picnic outside. The lake side was loaded with it, making it impossible to walk barefoot and even difficult in flip flops. The home was not adequately vacuumed and there were centipede and other bug carcasses, and crumbs and food remnants all over, the home smelled musty and it lacked air conditioning which made it miserable since all the bedrooms are on the upper level and it was sweltering. The refrigerator lacked adequate seal so we ended up throwing out $32 worth of hamburgers and a $25 fruit tray on the day of our family barbeque before our guests arrived - which was kind of a panic as it had all spoiled. Nothing stayed cold in the fridge so we invested a lot of money in constantly buying ice for our coolers for 4 days. That being said, the screened in garage was nice as it rained one day, and the owner did refund my cleaning fee and deposit. She also instructed us where to find a window air conditioning unit, but that really did not do enough good to cool off the home. She did offer to refund nights stays if we left early, however we had family that had taken time off and we drove 300 miles from Minnesota so that was not a good option. I was disappointed however that she did say via phone when I called her during the fiascos, that she would consider a discount for our troubles and then never replied to the two emails I sent her inquiring about it afterwards. It would have been nice to at least get reimbursed for the spoiled food. While I am sure the owner is a nice person, I would recommend finding a nicer spot than this for your stay, considering the price.

Great location in town and on the ER chain
The house was clean and roomy. 3 bedrooms upstairs and a large living space downstairs easily accommodated our group of 8. The location is awesome - we walked to Silver Lake Beach and we enjoyed renting a boat and cruising the chain! This property shares a driveway with the house next-door and that's why you see a road in front of the dock in one of the photos. It's very private, though. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it doesn't have A/C, which was known to use beforehand, but when it is hot and humid it is very uncomfortable. Lucky for us the weather cooled down for most of our stay.

The home is on the older side but is always clean (We have stayed here 4 years in a row). The landlord is always easy to deal with and always attentive to any issues. I would recommend this property to anyone who needs a place to stay in the area.

Very comfortable north woods home on Yellow Birch Lake
We stayed at this property for a long fishing weekend. This is the second time we stayed here, and plan to return again. We found the property very comfortable with a nice north-woods feeling. The owners are very cooperative and friendly. Our deposit was returned in whole very promptly. We would recommend this property for fishing vacations.
