Perfect location, views beautiful, quiet,no traffic. Home is clean,plenty of towels,forever Hot water in shower,space heaters really supplement the warmth of all the bedrooms. So many bedrooms, plenty spacious. Will definitely return. Id like to see that lake defrosted.

Great house and location!
We loved this house! It has plenty of space to hang out together and lots of little spots to get away if you want. The kitchen is beautiful and has a deck off it with a beautiful view. You can see the water from there. The hot tub was great and it’s in a nice private spot behind the house. We used the fire pit a couple of times. Also a great experience. We kayaked across the street. There’s a rail trail also across the street and bikes. I was able to bike for miles. The house is a little creaky when people are walking around so maybe use asleep noise setting on your phone if you’re a light sleeper. We didn’t and still slept great. Communication with the owner was also really helpful. We didn’t really need anything but she gave us lots of info about the area before we got there and was always available for questions. Great place!

Beautiful Location
My family had a fantastic stay at Over Andover! It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds and couch. The kitchen has the necessities, including a great coffee maker/ station! Our favorite thing to do was to go to the lake right across the street. Watching the sunset over the mountains while my children swam was pure bliss! The owner was so attentive while we were staying, and made sure we knew we could ask her questions if anything came up. She even gave us recommendations of places to eat and possible shopping. We will be back!

My family and I were up for a wedding at Andover Barn- about a quarter mile away from the house. Location was perfect for us, beautiful views. Lisa the property manager was excellent and made check in/out so easy, convenient, and accessible. Ceiling fans in each room was a nice plus. Dishwasher and washing machine/dryer available if needed/staying for a longer time. Plenty of parking and safe neighborhood. Would return again if in the area😊 10/10 recommend.

Nice family getaway by a lake
We enjoyed our stay, it was a short walk to the lake and bike trail. There are a few bikes and kayaks in the garage. We appreciate that we could bring our dog. Quiet neighborhood with fire pit out back.

Reservation canceled
Unfortunately my reservation was canceled at the last minute due to issues with the property, so I can’t fairly rate the property. VRBO keeps bugging me to write a review, and there is no option for N/A on each category. I put 3 stars for everything only because it seems the most neutral there wasn’t any other reasonable option or way to indicate that I can’t rate it fairly. I wasn’t notified until the morning of my planned stay and received a full refund. I had to scramble a little bit, but it all worked out. I’m sure the owner had good reason to cancel and I’m not upset about it. I hope for the owner’s sake that the property is ok.
