Ein Schlafzimmer / 1 Bad neu erbautes Cottage / Übergaragen-Apartment mit freiem Meerblick auf Mohegan und mehrere kleine Inseln. Setzen Sie sich und genießen Sie Sonnenuntergänge, Sonnenaufgänge und Sternbeobachtungen neben den Wellen des Atlantischen Ozeans. Entspannen Sie sich auf der abgeschirmten Veranda bei Wellen, Nebelhorn und Bojenglocken, während Sie ein gutes Buch lesen. Beobachten Sie, wie die Segelboote und Hummerfänger ihre Fallen hochziehen, am Strand nach Seeglas oder winzigen Kreaturen in Gezeitenbecken suchen, während Sie auf unserer privaten Küste von Stein zu Stein springen. Wandern Sie entlang der zerklüfteten Küste nach Süden zur Grimes Cove und blicken Sie auf den Ram Island Light House. Nahe genug, um die Restaurants und Geschäfte oder Galerien von BoothBay Harbor zu besuchen, um den malerischen Ocean Point oder die botanischen Gärten von Coastal Maine zu erkunden und sich dennoch vom Trubel der Touristen und der Menschenmassen zu erholen. Dieses 750 Quadratmeter große 1BR / 1Bath-Apartment über der Garage verfügt über eine Treppe, die die Gäste zu einer abgeschirmten Veranda führt, die in eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Küche mit Ess- und Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf das Wasser führt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einem nebeneinander angeordneten Edelstahlkühlschrank mit Eismaschine und Wasserspender, einem 4-Flammen-Gasherd mit abnehmbarer Grillplatte sowie einer Mikrowelle und einer Kaffeemaschine. Geschirr und Besteck sind vorhanden, damit Sie Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten genießen können. Ein Gasgrill ist verfügbar, um ein saftiges Steak oder einen Burger zuzubereiten, oder Sie können einen altmodischen Clambake / Hummer an unserem Privatstrand genießen! Das Ferienhaus / Apartment ist geschmackvoll mit bequemen Möbeln zum Entspannen beim Lesen oder Kabelfernsehen eingerichtet. (Wifi inklusive) An den meisten Tagen und Nächten können Sie die Fenster zur Meeresbrise öffnen, aber an den wärmeren Tagen ist es klimatisiert und verfügt über Deckenventilatoren in der LR und im Schlafzimmer, um einen komfortablen und erholsamen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Fantastic brief last minute getaway!
My husband and I are new empty-nesters and have decided to explore new places. We decided on a last minute trip during fall break from school. We could not be happier about our decision to visit the beautiful state of Maine! This apartment is perfect: the view, the location, the layout, the amenities. We could not have asked for more! Best possible stay on central Maine coast
The Ocean Spray guest cottage has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and beautiful stay on the central Maine coast. The cottage is right at the ocean in East Boothbay, which is close to all the activities and restaurants in Boothbay Harbor without the congestion and the traffic. Beautiful walk at Ocean Point and the Botanical Gardens with the amazing trolls is only a short drive. Thanks to Frank's suggestion we ate at Coastal Prime (excellent anniversary dinner). The weather while we were there was sunny and lovely, but the cottage would have been cozy and splendidly equipped in any weather. You'll have a wonderful time. Easy to reserve, great communication, and great directions.

My husband and I loved this apartment. It was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do in Boothbay. We both wish we would have had to time to spend here. The view was amazing! Another fabulous stay at Ocean Spray
This was our second stay at Ocean Spray, and was even lovelier than the first. Beth and Dan were great to communicate with, and Frank, who manages the rental, was nothing short of a rock star (especially when we managed to lock ourselves out). Beautiful property with spectacular ocean view. Very comfy above the garage apartment. Great fire pit in the expansive front yard. Quiet neighborhood with occasional deer & fox sightings. Easy short drive into Boothbay Harbor for great restaurants & shopping. Plenty of nice hiking nearby. We had a fantastic stay.

Oceanfront dream
This property is the perfect getaway. The apartment is spacious with a large kitchen and dining area. The bed is really comfortable, and having coffee while watching the waves crash is not a bad way to start your day. Beth and Dan were extremely accommodating. Stunning
From the moment we turned into the well manicured entrance, we knew that our vacation was going to be special. This beautiful cottage is perfect for anyone wanting to relax by the ocean but also to be surrounded by the amazing sights and tastes of Maine. We spent many evenings/mornings enjoying spectacular views and gazing at sailboats, lobstering, birds, butterflies and breathtaking sunrises & sunsets. The home has a fully equipped kitchen -which was a pleasure to cook in, dining with an amazing view and everything you could want or need to be cozy and comfortable. Boothbay is a quaint town with great restaurants, boat rides and so many other offerings. After two incredible weeks, leaving was difficult. I made a point to secure reservations for 2024 before I closed the door to the perfect “slice of heaven”. Thank you Beth and Dan for sharing this amazing gift. It truly was the best.

Lovely get-away spot
Ocean Spray was such a beautiful, restful rental! My husband and I loved watching the surf and boat traffic and wildlife from the windows and the fire pit and the Adirondack chairs overlooking the coast, and from the rocks themselves. The crashing surf sound and smell of the ocean was pure Maine! And the rental space itself was lovely. Comfortable, pretty, and clean (I would've given it 4.5 stars on cleanliness if I could; I'm a huge stickler on that, so this is high praise from me). The layout of the space makes it open and airy and bright and easy to navigate. (Though, please note that to access the rental, you need to be able to go up and down a flight of stairs.) It had pretty much everything we needed, and the things we missed weren't major. (A hook to the left of the shower for a robe would be great and a couple of board games and a deck of cards would be nice for the rainy days.) But the kitchen was well-outfitted with the basics, plus some extras, the closet and storage space was more than ample, and there were some books, should you burn through whatever reading material you bring along with you. Communication with the owners was fantastic! They were extremely responsive and helpful. Their property manager stopped by at the very beginning of the rental to make sure everything was okay, too. Long story short: We loved the rental so much, we didn't want to leave, and have booked it again for next year.
