„I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the Spa. It was absolutely the worst spa and massage I've ever had and there was some suspicious behaviour in there which I avoided. However, I know that the spa is run separately. I would just recommend the management of this hotel to disassociate with the Spa and/or remove its mention from the website. Otherwise the hotel itself was perfect. Great food, great service, really wonderful experience.“

„I would say this is one of the best beach resorts near Chennai and value for money. Limited rooms but they have a nice pool, lot of outdoor space for games like cricket, foot ball etc.,. Beach - at a walkable distance and an indoor TT and carrom hall. Rooms are tidy and spacious with a good view. Breakfast spread is just about ok, can have variety and food can be hot. „Pros: The hotel Athithi is located in market area. Very near to rock beach (walkable) and good restaurants. A good family hotel. Cons: Bath place is small. Water comes out of bath area. Glass linings seems to be worn out.“
