Welcome to Piece of Mine Blue, an enchanting micro-resort of three 1-bedroom cottages that deliver a tropical escape with snorkeling, kayaking, and shore fishing steps from the home's front door. With two neighboring cottages on-site, guests can expect a remote tranquil paradise along the island's south coast.
The cozy interiors feature a spacious primary suite with a queen bed, a full kitchen with modern appliances, and a furnished screened living area with oceanfront views. Air-conditioned interiors with complimentary wifi and SmartTVs in the bedroom and living area will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a home-cooked meal including cookware, flatware, glassware, and cutlery. Small countertop appliances include a blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, and a Keurig. A dining table and a small charcoal grill are provided in the screened living area for island cookouts with tropical views. Multiple picnic tables dot the shoreline for alfresco dining by the sea.
At the request of the homeowner, all overnight guests must be 18 or older.
***Sleeping Arrangements***

The grounds are a lush landscape with tropical gardens, vibrant wildlife, and blooming orchids. Relax in a hammock under the shade of a seagrape tree, or enjoy the seaside cabana with your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. The owner provides communal kayaks for all guests to enjoy. Additional kayaks, paddleboards, and SeaView boards are available for hire at discounted rates. Free snorkel gear, including masks, fins, and snorkels, is provided for all guests.
Conveniently secluded yet close to Grand Cayman's top attractions, Piece of Mine Blue is the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.
Need more space? Consider renting the other two 1-bedroom cottages, Piece of Mine Green & Piece of Mine Yellow, and reserve the entire grounds exclusively for your group!

**Single, tandem kayaks, stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), and SeaView Boards are available for discounted rental. A signed waiver is required.

***Getting Around***
A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.
***Villa Cleaning & Sanitation***
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
***Beach Notes***
The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.
The homes along the southeast coast offer great reef-protected snorkeling and proximity to the best SCUBA operators on the island, Ocean Frontiers and Tortuga Divers.
Unique to this property is its 200 feet of private beachfront. This shoreline is yours to explore and comes furnished with shared hammocks and a seaside cabana.
***General Grand Cayman Beach Notes***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.
***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a harmless floating seaweed that has increased over the summer months. Our owners make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.
Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will contact the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.
