„This is the first I rented a basement apartment with the owners upstairs. The apartment was as presented in photos, I didn’t like hearing people walk around upstairs. But that’s me. The neighborhood was very nice, close to restaurants and any number of activities. The only thing missing was the “how to” book. Every question I had I had to contact the owners. „We enjoyed our stay in Malvin Gardens, such a beautiful neighborhood. We walked to Stella's to pick up dinner which was delicious! Comfortable beds, adequate seating and kitchenware. The front door of the apartment only has a safety chain.
