„It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. “

„I had a 4 day stay and everything was lovely! the town was small and quaint and perfect distance to newport and providence (30 mins). The Vrbo was clean, comfortable, and we utilized the board games they had. We walked the grounds of the farm and it was so beautiful. Had everything we needed. “

„I booked this trip to celebrate my engagement with family and friends. The house was beautiful and in an amazing location with lots of privacy. The host was super nice and helpful and very responsive to our questions. We were able to put up a tent in the yard with plenty of room as well.
