„Vom allgemeinen Zustand nicht sonderlich sauber. Betten, Bettwäsche, Couch mit Flecken. Frühstück nicht groß, kaum Auswahl. Roomservice mangelhaft. Aber sie sind gerade im Umbau bzw. am modernisieren. Rezeption und Personal sehr freundlich und bei Problemen wurde schnell eine Lösung gefunden. “

„We’ve stayed at this location for the past 3 HSSR. We love the parking garage. We haven’t gotten to use the pool, but it is beautiful! The apartments have all been comfortable and clean. Very modern. “

„Close to lots to do in Houston. Comfy beds, good water pressure. Adorably decorated. AC works great! Housekeeping needed some work. Has secure parking for two vehicles which is a plus in downtown! Kitchen had everything we needed except dishcloths strangely. Even had a bunch of board games that we did not get to utilize because we were there for work. Enjoyed our stay, thanks Fredrick!“

„My husband and I stayed here for four days and it was very quiet, comfortable and clean. We were here for a music festival and had no trouble getting an Uber to and from the venue. Finally, we didn’t have any trouble with the hot water so the concern must have been corrected. “

„It started with a bump but Erika was fast in communication and accommodating that it resulted in an overall great stay. Location was ideal to both our destination of History museum and special event. Rooms were clean and easy access to amenities. Well kept thought out the apartment only the bathroom was a bit outdated with some rust. It didn’t affect the use just a bit harder to turn on the water. Great experience overall. “

„The house was beautiful. Good spot for visiting downtown Houston, drive wasn't bad at all. Easy check in and out. AJ was very responsive with questions I had, I asked quite a bit lol. „Nearly everything about our stay was wonderful! The house was exactly as described, clean, roomy, nice finish. It was great to have a gate and protected parking for sure.My only negative was that the master bed makes a lot of noise when you move or get up or get in the bed, enough to wake my spouse and vice versa every time we moved. Aside from this it was perfect and had we not been sharing the bed then it wouldn't have mattered.“

„We truly enjoyed our stay this weekend. The home is exactly as pictured. The host has excellent communication and is very responsive. The tvs in every bedroom is a huge plus, as my family were all able to enjoy their favorite shows. The kitchen is modern and plenty of appliances to prepare home cooked meals. The gate adds a touch of extra security so we slept well in the comfy beds every night! We would definitely stay here again!“

„The ladies at the desk were always patient and helpful, my room fits all my needs perfectly, I slept well even in this unknown bed. Although the hotel is situated at a busy crossroad, the traffic didn't bother too much thanks to extra windows. The tram right across the street took me to Concention Center in minutes, very comfortable ! The bus stop to the airport is just around the corner, another reason to chose this accommodation, for my next stay again. See you then ! “

"Toller Service beim Check In, sowohl das Personal am Front Desk als auch beim Valet Service waren super. Wir waren ca. 2h vor regulärem Check In angekommen und bekamen dennoch problemlos unser Zimmer. "
