„We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous cottage that is in a perfect location for exploring neighboring towns. Really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace which made the quiet nights even cozier. We're from Door County :) and needed a break from all of the Fall crowds, this trip to Michigan was just what we needed and M119 more than gave us beautiful colors to enjoy without the crowds!! „Very comfortable home to stay in for a four generation girls trip. Very nice deck to hang out on and take in the view. Beds were comfortable but a little high for a bunch of short women. Our 79 yr old 4’9” aunt need a boost to get into the bed. She did really appreciate the walk in shower and not needing to step into a tub. Highly recommend this home!“

„This little house was great for our fall color change and wine trip. The house is clean, cozy, well organized and had a great cozy feel. The hot tub and fire pit was the icing on the cake for us. „We used the property for a golf outing with 20 people and it’s already been mentioned that we’d love to just do the outing there every year instead of looking into other locations. „This cabin is pretty awesome. A few things could get fixed up, but you can see they are working on the cabin. The one and only large knock on this place, firewood is not provided until November. Be prepared to run over to KEO on County Road 612 to grab 5 bunldles of wood for 25 bucks. Overall though, the trails are cool to explore, and the fall colors were amazing! We will be back in the future.“

„I booked this house for a friends trip up north to see the fall colors and it did not disappoint. The house was everything we wanted with incredible views off the back porch. The owners were excellent about communication and even reached out the first day of our stay to make sure we made it safely. House is a short drive to everything we needed in town while being secluded enough to get away from it all. Would highly recommend to all.“

„We had the best time at the Shingle Shack! The house was spacious and comfortable. It is has a very homey feel to it. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. There is a great little market within a few minutes drive that we v bought all of our groceries at. The kayaks were fun to take out into the lake.
