„A nice cozy couples spot. Clean and tidy. You will get more for your money then staying at a hotel. Decent view of the harbour. We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either.“

„We enjoyed our stay, I wish we had been in the front unit - that unit had a wonderful full water view. This back unit is very tight, my suggestion for the owner is to remove some of the Knick knacks - the space is so tight, it was hard to move around with such big furniture and stuff. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. “

„This boat was such fun. We had a great time. I don't know if six adults could really fit overnight but our 3 teens and I had a great time. There are two tiny adorable bedding areas. It's So fun! The toilet is a manual flush, which is a boat thing, fyi. We thought it was funny. The boat is moored in a nightlife hotspot but the noise didn't bother us. The other boaters were nice, overall. „The furniture was very minimal and not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but missing things like potato peelers etc. The house is on a main road so can be very noisy. Our first encounter was that the door codes did not work. We called several numbers to get the property manager who accused us of breaking into the home. Some serious miscommunications between the local and national companies.“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Down By The Bay Cottage. The spaces are stunning, the use of space, and the attention to detail are amazing. „We stayed only one night, but the hotel is really great. The staff is so nice, the front desk employee Nelly was really friendly. The breakfast is the only thing I would have to say that was below average, because it's really only cereal bars and muffins, but they did tell us that while checking in. "Das Hotel/Motel liegt in einer gewerblichen Gegend kurz vor Providence; das Umfeld ist daher wenig einladend. Wir hatten ein Nicht-Raucher Zimmer gebucht und bestätigt bekommen; beim Check/in wurde uns kurz und knapp mitgeteilt, dass es nur noch ein Raucher-Zimmer gäbe und wir ja für uns überlegen könnten , ob es wirklich so schlimm sei. Da es schon spät war haben wir das Zimmer angeguckt und schon von weitem riechen können, dass das bei aller Liebe, eine wirklich verstandene Bude ist. Also kein Check-in und suche eines neuen Zimmers. Der Mensch von der Rezeption hat nur mit Schultern gezuckt und gemeint, da kann nichts machen, wir sollten das nicht mit besprechen , sondern uns an Expedia wenden. "
