Die Kommunikation mit den Ansprechpartnern war freundlich, allerdings leider häufig langsam und verzögert. Die Lage ist einerseits gut – die Innenstadt und der Riverwalk sind fußläufig erreichbar. Andererseits liegt die Unterkunft an einer sehr lauten Straße, und die Fenster sind kaum schalldicht. „The apartment is clean and in a great neighbourhood in San Antonio’s Southtown / King William district. There are a lot of bars and restaurants available to reach by foot (for example the Guenther house with amazing breakfast just a 5 min walk away). Check in was super easy and if there were any questions we could text the owners and get a super fast reply. Great location too, property backs right up to the River Walk (right by the Locks of Love) and even has a cute roof top patio on the 2nd floor that overlooks the river. The only reason I did not give it a full 5-stars is because there was just so much stuff in the room. It's cute and nicely decorated, very clean but there was just no room for our things. „Great space for a big family. Easy 12 minute walk to the Japanese Tea Garden and Breckenridge Zoo. Lots of restaurant even closer and a convenience store as well.“

„We arrived and met our host- wow, so welcoming! Their apartment is very clean and has everything you need- from cooking tools, clean grill, all the things and extras. The beds are very comfortable! We enjoyed our coffee on the patio and the hot tub is so relaxing! Perfect location to access all the things- Legoland, DoSeum, Spurs game, Pearl, and more. We will be back! Thank you “

„Wished there were kitchen towels and a cookie or baking sheet. Bathroom door in double bedroom was difficult to close and word trim looked unfinished. We arrived late at property and had to call for assistance to get into rental BUT the contact person was very helpful and took care to get our questions and concerns answered. “

„Absolutely loved our stay at La Luz! The location is unbeatable. Literally a couple blocks from the Alamo and the River Walk. Parking next door made everything super easy but honestly, once parked, we never touched our car again. Area is super walkable and had no issues getting to where we wanted. Couldn’t ask for a better spot to explore the city! Would give 10 stars if I could. Can’t wait to come back!“

"Die Lage ist hervorragend, fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten ( Alamo, Tower of the Americas, Riverwalk, Downtown etc. ) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Zimmer sind exzellent, im Hotel ist es sehr ruhig, das Frühstück war toll und das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Sollten wir wieder nach San Antonio kommen, was aufgrund der Begeisterung, die diese Stadt und ihre Bewohner in uns ausgelöst haben, nicht unwahrscheinlich ist, so kommt kein anderes Hotel in Frage!!!"

"Man kann in 15 Minuten in der Stadt sein, wenn man die Hauptstraße entlang geht. Etwas länger aber dafür viel schöner ist der Weg entlang des Riverwalks. Gegenüber des Hotels ist ein exzellenter Supermarkt, sehr gute Pizza, die wir im Zimmer gegessen haben. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber, das Frühstück typisch amerikanisch. Wir würden es wieder buchen."

"Je trouve dommage que la piscine ne soit pas entretenue.. pendant m Nos 2jours pas possible de se baigner malgré les 32-34 degré. Beaucoup trop de saleté. Au prix des chambres et services ne faire le ménage que tous les 3 j si on reste 4j c est unpeu limite... Nous étions 3 Pers. Et après deux jours pas de produit de douche et a court de papier toilette..."
