„My coworker and I chose this place since it was only two blocks from Hunter College where we were working this week, and it was absolutely perfect for our experience. We had more than enough room, we were very comfortable, and the owner and our communication with them was very friendly and accommodating. The property does not have an elevator, and the owner does mention this so we were aware, but that was the only difficulty. 10/10 experience regardless, would stay here again!“

„Stayed here for our family of 3 vacation two adults one teen. Easy to find and check in. We utilized the bus system and subway system exclusively throughout our stay both were located close by as well as some great restaurants within walking distance. Neighborhood seemed safe. Unit was clean besides some hairs discovered in the bed sheets. I used it 3xI called regarding a tripped fuse and it took them 24 hrs to fix so I had one night with no TVAlso when I entered the premises the TV remote said it needed new batteriesAlso it was very cold in apt and I had to use space heater every night but when they fixed the TV fuse all if a sudden the heat came on full blast“

"Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen. Einige Gehminuten entfernt befanden sich mehrere Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren auch schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war klein dennoch für NYC und der Preiskategorie absolut super. Personal vor Ort war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. "

"Wir haben um ein verspätetes check out gebeten da meine freunding krank war und wurde gesagt das sei kein problem am ende wurden uns 285dollar berechnet. DS ist mehr als man für eine nacht gezahlt hätte. Dann hatten wir noch einen 30dollar guthaben welches wir für eine cola genuzt haben jedoch sei das am abreise tag nich gedeckt also habe ich 15 dollar für eine cola bezahlt unfreuntliches personal "
