„We had a lovely time at Tanya and Terry's beautiful property. It really did feel like we were far away from the rat race with as little or as much as we wanted to do in the area. „We needed some time away to relax and this place delivered. The hosts were awesome and provided a nice welcome basket of breakfast items, including fresh eggs! The view of the ocean and surrounding mountainside was spectacular. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer, but we will keep this place in mind the next time we decide to visit.“

„Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Laura und Steve sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Es ist alles da, was benötigt wird und die Kommunikation mit Laura ist super. Sooke ist toll für Wanderungen, Ausflüge nach Victoria (schöne Stadt und gute Möglichkeit für eine Whale Watching Tour) und Touren an der Westküste. Leider konnten wir in den vier Tagen nicht alles von der Insel sehen. Dafür sind die Entfernungen einfach zu groß.“

„Between the massive pouf, the couch and two recliners, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to crash before and after running the Victoria marathon. It was an easy and predictable drive into downtown, a straight shot on the freeway, and right by Butchart gardens. Highly recommend. “

„Our stay was more than we could have hoped for! The house and surroundings are a place of magic and beauty. We also hosted a small get together of whale researchers within BC for a meeting, and the surroundings added a very personal atmosphere to the day and topics.
