• EXTERIOR • Classic chalet meets moody modern exterior. Grill and lounge on the expansive new deck overlooking treetop views. Outdoor dining table seats 6 with a Weber gas grill. Lounge furniture and modern propane fire pit for those chilly nights. In the yard, play lawn games like cornhole, ring toss, giant Connect4 and giant Jenga then kick back in the Adirondacks and roast some s'mores around the wood burning firepit. We provide firewood!

• LIVING & DINING ROOM • Entertain in the open concept living room/dining room with 12ft high vaulted ceilings with double sliding doors leading to the brand new oversized deck. Living room has a new smart HDTV with Prime, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu+LiveTV. The large indoor dining table seats 8. Note: this fireplace is for decoration only.

• KITCHEN • Cook up a feast in the stunning modern kitchen with all new cabinets, quartz countertops and appliances. This well-stocked space has everything you need to store your food, prep and cook meals or serve up some drinks at the coffee bar. It has a refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, S/P, O/V, plates, bowls, utensils, cups, mugs, wine glasses, wine openers and more.

• LOUNGE • Kick back in the lower level lounge, a perfect area to cozy up and watch the new smart HDTV or play one of our many board games. Note: this fireplace is for decoration only.

• THREE BEDROOMS PLUS SLEEPING NOOK• Take your pick of where to sleep… do you choose the queen primary suite with full bath and high ceilings on the main level -OR- the lower level bedroom with queen bed -OR- the fun bunk room with 1 bunk bed and 1 twin? Either way, you’ll sleep comfy on new memory foam mattresses and fresh, clean sheets. Don’t want to share bunk beds? There’s a sleeping nook off the lounge with a twin day bed.

• TWO FULL BATHROOMS • Each level has its own newly renovated full bathroom that have a tub/shower, new vanities and plenty of places to stash your stuff. We provide bath towels (1 per guest), dark washcloths for make up removal, a hair dryer, toiletries (if you forgot some items) like hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

• OFFICE SPACE • Need to work from vacation? There is a dedicated work desk in the primary suite where you can close the door and focus. Free high speed wi-fi.

• LAUNDRY • Need to run a load of laundry? There is a full sized washer and dryer on the lower level.

• STORAGE • Keep your shoes, bags and keys neatly organized on the mudroom rack. We keep some kitchen cabinets empty for you to put your food shopping. Each bedroom has a closet, hangers and drawers so you can unpack.

You’ll be staying in the private and safe gated community of Penn Estates in East Stroudsburg. This amenity-filled community has lakes, a lake “beach”, scenic picnic areas, playgrounds, tennis and pickle courts, basketball courts, outdoor swimming pool (summer season only), deli/convenience store and more! If you own a kayak, you can use it on the lakes! You can also fish on the lake with fishing license.

*** NOTE: Guests must complete a mandatory community Short-Term Registration Form prior to arrival to gain access to the community listing the full names of all guests, if under/over 21 and all cars (max 4 cars). We include the $40 HOA registration fee in your stay, however, if this form is not completed at least 3 days prior to arrival, the HOA charges an extra $25 late fee which you would be responsible for. Form will be sent upon booking. ***
