'Cairns Beach House Our Oasis' is the ultimate tropical tranquil escape. Nestled across Trinity Inlet, in amongst the mangroves, you will find this airy, waterfront beach house. Boasting a private plunge pool, fabulous al fresco deck, and a view to die for, this holiday escape is not to missed.

This home away from home is situated far enough from the city for a slice of paradise and some peace and quiet for some real relaxation, but not so far as to make a grocery trip painful. Escape to the tropics, Oasis style, for a true Tropical North Queensland Experience.

Second Beach is a picturesque seaside residential community North East of Cairns, 40km by road and 10km as the crow flies. A diverse group of residents live within the area. Facilities include a public park with toilets, playground and tables at Giangurra and tidal dependent boat ramp at Second Beach.

You will need a vehicle when staying at this property and we recommend a food shop on the way to arrival. We advise organising a click and collect shop from Gordonvale prior to arriving.

We also have an in-house travel agency, Cozie Travel, with local travel experts that have a wealth of experience booking a wide range of tours, both within Cairns and all over Australia.

We are more than happy to help with booking your trips and assisting with car rentals. We can probably answer any queries you might have in relation to tours and excursions, so do reach out to us - even if it’s just for honest advice!

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests may be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
