„Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break.“

„The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host too, thank you!“

„Nice, comfortable property . Car parking was very useful. The weather was atrocious so we were grateful of the living and kitchen areas. Some of the curtains, curtain rails, windows latches a little tired. but overall clean. We had to buy wine glasses which we left at the property. There was glasses just not 4 the same. Very quiet and safe area. When arriving please note there are two boack boxes on the wall outside the front door. The key is located in the bottom access code box and ...

„The property is large and comfortable, in a lovely quiet area in Ditchling village. The owners were very helpful. The only let down was the shower which needs renewing, and the Hob also needs renewing. One of the single bed duvets was not particularly clean. “

„Wir enjoyed our stay at Eastbourne! Bungalow was as described, good beds, nice and clean bathrooms, good kitchen. Only thing missing in the describtion was, how to get through the gates at Kings side. (Gate for the cars opened automatically for all cars, but we were not aware of that first). And it got quite hot in the appartment, as we found nothing to keep the sun out. And there where no insect screens on the windows and doors. So it was difficult, to get fresh air in without getting also the ...

"Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, Mobiliar bzw. Einrichtung etwas älter und zusammengewürfelt, aber für unseren Zweck vollkommen ausreichend, Familienzimmer mit seperatem kleinen Zimmer. Das Badezimmer war super und sehr sauber. Der Hund war Problem, sehr hundefreundlich."

Gute Lage, renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel

"Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Der Blick vom Zimmer durch die schmutzigen Fenster auf das Pier schön...aber die Räumlichkeiten, insbesondere das Bad sind in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gründlich geputzt. Rost/Haare in der Badewanne, Flecken im Bettlacken. Zimmer ist ok."

"Hallo liebe Frauen und Herren , Das Zimmer war sehr schlechten Zustand vor allem die Hauskeeping !! Nach meiner 4 te Tag habe ich höflich gefragt wegen Zimmer putzen hat sie nur Hand Tücher gewechselt. Bad und Zimmer und bed Kopf Kissen Bezüge blieben schmutzig! Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen. Schade. Einen schönen Tag noch Erdal ERİKLİ "
