„Our truck broke down on the freeway and was towed to Beresford. We asked if we could check in early and the manager said we could. We were able to check in at 12:30pm for a VERY small fee. This was extremely helpful as my husband had just had surgery and needed to rest. The staff was extremely helpful- they helped with our luggage and brought it to our room. I am extremely grateful for the kindness they gave to us. I HIGHLY recommend this property!“

„Check in was easy. I liked the detailed booked for check out instructions. I liked the property for a short stay. There is no oven for making meals for an extended stay. I was happy there was a small couch in one of the rooms so we could watch TV. The neighborhood was a little intimidating for us. All the neighbors have no trespassing signs. The house was secure.“

„We had a good stay at this house and the location was centrally located and in the general vicinity to McKennan Park and downtown. It was a very easy drive to the airport.
