Welcome to this charming oasis in an ideal yet private location. Walking distance to Cape Cod Bay! A quick bike ride brings you to several freshwater ponds, walking trails, easy access to the famous ocean beaches of Eastham, as well as the Cape Cod Rail Trail. This comfortable home is completely fenced in providing privacy and safety for you and your furry friends, central air, outdoor deck with dining and grill, large outdoor shower, fire pit, jacuzzi and stunning mature landscaping.

Enjoy all the comforts of a Cape Cod vacation with no need to bring more than the clothes you desire. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and linens provided, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, umbrella, kayaks, yoga mats, indoor and outdoor games, movie room, dedicated workspace, hammock, new hot tub, central air, new smart TVs, completely fenced in yard, basketball hoop, lush gardens and grass and endless memories to be made.

Charming cottage not far from Campground Beach great for family outing
My family loved this house for a quick getaway. Nice location near Orleans and not too far from Wellfleet and Provincetown. Nice landscaping and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the hot tub. The owner was friendly and responsive. We didn’t have time to borrow the bikes or kayaks, but maybe next time. About a 10 minute walk to Campground Beach, which has nice swimming and warm water.

House had great space so everyone didn’t feel on top of each other. Private back yard was a great place for morning breakfast, after beach regrouping, dinner gatherings & late night conversation.

Great Cape Cod Location to Bay and Sea Side beaches
We couldn't have picked a better spot to stay for our Eastham, Cape Cod visit. Centrally located to both the Bay beach at Campground and the National Sea Shore beach near the Nauset Light House. The house had all the comforts of home and space galore for teens and parent to share and to also have their own privacy. We loved hot tub, fire side table and the outdoor shower was heaven. The area was very quiet and private in a residential community. We loved being near friends who own a house near this location. The house had all the amenities to fully cook at home or not. We enjoyed sitting outside at the back table and the great yard with all the beautiful landscaping. Beds were wonderful and had fine linens and we slept well!

Best Cape vacation spot ever.
This is our family’s second time staying at Oasis By the Bay. We love this house, everything about it is perfect. You actually feel like your on vacation when you stay here. Can’t wait to go back next year.

A lovely house with beautiful garden
We enjoyed our stay here very much. A great location - quiet but close to beaches, restaurants and places to walk. The house feels larger that it appears in the photos and has many comfortable places to gather with lovely art work. I particularly liked the deck, yard and the hot tub area. We had a small dog and an infant as well as five adults and the house worked well for us.

Me and my friends had a live stay! The property was beautiful and in a great location we will definitely stay again! My only complaint would be the that showers had pretty low water pressure, but overall a wonderful stay!

Anniversary Celebration
My brother and I planned a 50th wedding celebration for our parents. Our 3 families stayed for the weekend and had a fantastic time. The house is very welcoming and equally accommodated the 6 adults and 3 children --even our dogs had a great time. It is located in a charming neighborhood and surrounded by many beautiful hikes. We would all come back again!

Great location and house layout
The house is perfect for a large family and in a beautiful location- truly an oasis! We have a small dog and the fenced in yard was perfect. We loved the short walk to the beach where we witnessed breathtaking sunsets! We will definitely be back!

Major Safety Issue
I did not want to leave this review but this was my only recourse. Firstly this was the owner's family home and it's a unique property that i understand was well loved and that is why i hate that i have to write this. The main reason i am writing is bc their outdoor shower only locks from the outside. it closed behind me and i didn't have my phone, because I was in the shower. After i completed my shower i realized i was locked in. I was alone and didn't have family set to arrive for several hours. I threw myself against the door and it wouldn't budge. i have bruises on my right arm and hand from banging. Eventually i realized my only option was to yell for help. I was terrified bc it is a place that i am unfamiliar with and it being a friday morning people were probably at work and no one would hear me. i thought i might be in there until my mother arrived ~5 hours later IF she found the house which she actually didn't on her own when she did arrive. I screamed for help and no one came for what seemed like an hour but was probably 30min. Finally, a neighbor heard me and came to help. The wife said i would never have gotten out on my own (walls were also too high to climb). I notified the homeowner and she said her daughter would fix it. I was physically shaken up and in tears at that point. it ruined that day but i knew in the morning my nephews were coming so i needed to make the most of it. the owner's daughter came at some point and unscrewed the exterior shower lock but not completely so the door still shut totally locking, i tested it out with my sister in law. secondly the 1 screw that was removed was left on the ground by the shower that anyone could have easily stepped out. I got home Sunday afternoon and Monday morning reached out to the owner about the issue again and said ultimately it greatly impacted the brief stay and with the fees this was a VERY expensive stay that left me shaken. I asked for a partial refund. She never replied. I contact VRBO and they contacted her by phone at least 4 times and 1 or 2 times via email without reply. They said I should have contacted them before check out. live and learn. If she had replied to my message monday or any of the messages from VRBO i would have worked with her but it is what it is. I have never had that unsafe of an experience at any stay and I've never left a review like this before but that shower needs to be fixed and beware regarding asking for refunds for any VRBO property.

A great week!
The property owner is a fantastic hostess. We arrived to find fresh cut flowers in the kitchen and other little surprises that welcomed us. There was plenty of space for the 6 adults staying there. Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and bath towels. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Efficient a/c kept us cool. I found the description of the property was very accurate! This property is loved by its owner and it showed. I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed there. Location was great! The Landing shop was within walking distance. Campground beach was walkable if you didn’t carry a lot of stuff. Fenced in yard was great for the dogs. We brought 2. This has been one of my all time favorite places Ive stayed at on the cape. I highly recommend the property! You’ll love the house, the location, and the owner! I hope to go back!!

Oasis by the bay is a beautiful rental property.
My wife, triplet boys and visiting parents stayed here over the course of a week. This property is amazing and so very very relaxing. Close enough to everything you could want to do on the Cape. House was immaculate and the yard was so very nice. We will definitely be coming back to the Oasis by the bay.

Great yard and location!
We loved our stay at Campground Landing. The property was very kid and pet friendly and our dogs loved the fenced in yard. Walks to the bay for sunset were so easy and the neighborhood is very friendly. Owners were quick to respond to questions. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements! We hope to return next year.

A slice of paradise on the cape
The landscaping was magical, and beautifully maintained. Oasis is properly named and proffered my friends & I a beautiful escape for a weekend of yard games and easy commutes to the beach and local restaurants. We recommend Caroline’s and their peanut butter mudslide! :)
