„We decided to try something different for our trip to Rochester and booked a BnB. It was a delightful stay in a beautiful Park Ave neighborhood. The BnB is within walking distance of the Park Ave restaurants and lots of fun. The staff was delightful, and helpful. The camaraderie with the staff and other visitors was fantastic! The only complaint was the bath/shower arrangement was awkward, getting in and out of the shower was a bit dicey. More safety rails would be helpful. In any case, ...

„Hotel is dual use as homeless sanctuary, with multiple security guards 24/7 in the hallway. Heating is claimed to be turned off for whole hotel, after asking 3 times it was turned on. Most facilities are broken or unavailable (lamps, coffee machine, pool, restaurant). Construction in and all around hotel.“

„Wir waren für drei Tage in Rochester. Ausflugsziele waren die Niagara Fälle, Lake Ontario und das Outletcenter Waterloo - alle drei Orte sind innerhalb von ca. 90min zu erreichen. Rochester selber ist nicht erwähnenswert, dafür das Hotel. Von A bis Z war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt im Hotel. Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit sind hervorzuheben. Wir können das Hotel für eine oder auch mehrer Nächte empfehlen.“

„Honestly, I can tell this hotel is trying to improve. Renovations are ongoing, and there wasn't anything really WRONG during my stay ... but I just wasn't all that impressed. The room I stayed in was super dated and the furniture was ... tired. The couch was sagging in, the bed was unimpressive, and the bathroom vanity was postcard sized. „The property sits in a very nice environment. Service was quite different by department. Breakfast service was great, personal customer oriented and very friendly. Reception desk at times confused. The bar closes at 11pm, that's ok, but having the area 5mins later cleared by security is competely overdone. As the area is so nice, the hotel is frequently used for weddings (4 weddings on one weekend!). That`s a stress for the staff and for the other guests. The quiet environment is not as quiet ...

„We had been camping for several days across Canada and was looking for a place to just relax for a couple nights. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating! And their options for breakfast satisfied all four of us. I really enjoyed sitting outside while eating. Easy to find and close to a mall.“
