„While this house is OK, I don’t think it rates an exceptional rating that it has. Janet was very responsive to questions, the listing is generally accurate, and the location on Penn Estates with pool and things to do in the area are great. However, the house itself was disappointing: (1) The WiFi was terrible. 80% of the time it didn’t work, and when it did the speed was VERY slow. (2) The AC is not what you would expect. „We were of 4 families, 15 people total. The house was well equipped to accommodate everyone. Safe for toddlers, Diego has gates installed in front of the stairs. Bigger kids had a blast in the game room and with the bunk beds. Short drive from NYC and still feels remote, with great views woods and mountains, plus a few local farms. Highly recommend!“
