You will have the entire house and grounds for personal use. Parking is limited to three (3) vehicles in designated areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted.
Our spacious Master bedroom features a luxurious King bed, a cozy reading area with a library, and a TV for your entertainment. With its own private door, the Master opens directly to a deck that leads you to the hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure! 🛁✨
The custom-tiled bathroom off the Master bedroom includes a walk-in shower and a single vanity, providing a serene space to refresh. For extra guests, our living room offers additional sleeping options, as both sofas fold out into full-sized beds.
We know how important connectivity is, so we provide excellent WiFi and cell reception. The desk in the living area makes it a fabulous workspace for couples or a single person looking to blend work and leisure. 💻🌟
Please note that the loft and garage are not available to guests, and we appreciate your understanding.

We recommend bringing your own car or renting one once you arrive off of the ferry. Orcas has many State Parks with trails and lakes that are best accessed by driving.

No Smoking: Smoking indoors will void your tenancy and security deposit.
Covered Parking: You’ll have a designated spot for your vehicle.
Small Dogs Allowed: We welcome small dogs under 30lbs!

Rules of Conduct:
Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 10 AM
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons.
Pets: Not permitted (a $250 fee will be charged for violation of this agreement).
Damage Deposit: Please read the corresponding terms on the Online Travel Agency you are booking through.
Housekeeping and Cleaning:
No daily housekeeping service is included, but linens and bath towels are provided.
A three-hour cleaning fee is included in the rental rate. If the Beach House is left in poor condition and exceeds the allotted three hours, there will be a $50.00 penalty per hour.
Hot Tub Rules:
No children under the age of 14 are permitted in hot tubs without adult supervision.
No food or drink is allowed in the hot tub.
A $120 fee will be charged if there is evidence of food or beverages that leads to a complete drain and refill of the hot tub.
Water and Septic: The Beach House is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
COVID-19: Please follow current local and state directives for COVID-19 related safe practices. While we practice the highest standards of cleaning and sanitizing, the Beach House is not responsible for any illness or loss due to COVID-19 contracted by any guest.
Hurricane or Storm Policy: No refunds will be given unless local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area."
By accepting this reservation, you agree that all guests are responsible for any damage done to the property and assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
