„We loved our short stay here. The cottage was very nice and located in a great spot. You could see the water from the screened in front porch. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean!The owners were awesome at communicating and everything was a breeze.We love Cape Charles and will definitely stay here when we come back!“

„This was exactly what I was looking for. The Property is very private and the yard surrounding the house was huge. I found it comfortable and cozy. Randy was very accommodating and asked that you respected his property and clean up after yourself and your pets which is to be expected were I come from, a small ask. He had plenty to offer. „The house location was excellent. The kitchen was a bit of a disappointment, it was small and the pots and pans were lacking in the sense there were no smaller pots and the layoff was not functional. The upstairs bath needs updated the tub needs reglazing and its dangerous to use. I have some mobility issues so its not user friendly to older people. Otherwise we enjoyed our time there“

„This home is located in a great spot directly across from the park playground and splash fountain. We could easily take out young kids there daily. The fenced in yard was great for kids and our dog. The kitchen was well stocked, the only down side to the home is the flooring is slanted in a couple spots. If that bothers you it may not be the best home, but to us it was fine being an older home and all. The originsL features were great! We would come back.“
