Great for day trips to Orlando Disney, Epcot, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center all just under an hour away. You can also watch launches from our beach even though Cape Canaveral is 45 mins away we get to enjoy those special flights.The closest airport is Daytona Beach 20 mins away, Orlando International under an hour and Orlando Sanford Airport 45 minutes with great flight offers.

About the house: 3 bedroom plus flex room with 2 futons, 2 baths, large open living room with high vaulted ceilings giving it a much roomier feel.
The fully loaded open kitchen has a view through the living room to the crystal clear blue pool, with a new grill, outside dining table and plenty of seating in your own fenced in yard.
The Master Bedroom has a comfy King size bed, large TV, cell chargers, and a full en-suite bath.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, cell charger, the 3rd bedroom.has 2 twins that can also be married into a king bed, a TV, cell charger. The 2nd bath is located inbetween the two bedrooms. The entrance to the home has a large,long room which offers 2 futons as a flex bedroom and on the other side a office desk & chair, plus a large Flatscreen TV. The home is open, inviting and spacious. Fully stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. A 2 car oversized garage with a door to the utility room with a washer and dryer and then the kitchen. Convenient with carrying groceries.
The crystal clear blue pool is cared for weekly by a professional company. Pool heat & pre-heated is available for an extra fee.
It can run from $8 - $42 per night to heat . Depending on the outside temp and your desired pool temp. Please ask if you would like a quote for your stay.
The yard is tropically landscaped and is fenced for privacy. Come and enjoy yourselves.
