„3 night stay. Room was spacious and had all the needed amenities. Our room didn’t have a good view. Minor issue with the shower nozzle and thought it was odd to see a bathroom with no vent. „Nice hotel, nice location But the staff is terrible unprofessional and not able to check you in in an appropriate time. It took me almost half an hour to check in. Also there was a conference in the hotel and the 4 elevators for 12 floors were constantly blocked. So it took me another 20 minutes just to get to my room. Also it’s very hard to find a grocery store in Baltimore. “

„One of the friendliest staff's I've ever dealt with! My wife and I were there for the Raiders vs. Ravens game and as a Raiders fan we wanted to catch a chance for a few autographs but forgot a sharpie lol... I talked for a minute with 1 of the workers in the lobby and told them I was bummed I didn't bring a sharpie so the hotel workers went out of their way to try and find us 1 and they eventually did, very cool! „Hotel is in great location for the Inner Harbor Arena (rn. CFGBank arena) or also Mount Vernon or Inner Harbor. Baltimore is struggling economically, many businesses have moved out, and you can see this everywhere. While I felt safe walking as a couple, you will see a lot of poverty around you.
