Beautiful countryside home on Half Moon Lake near Edmonton and only 35 Minutes from West Edmonton Mall. Excellent for all season recreation including a one acre lot, half grass and half trees, with a play structure and trampoline for the kids. Large kitchen with a large breakfast grill, two ovens and a dishwasher. Large Rec room with shuffle board, hockey Foosball table and lots of toys for the kids. Three large smart TV's with good Cable and Wifi. Large laundry room with excellent washer and dryer. Very nice hot tub and large rap-around decks front and back with a natural gas BBQ. Large new dock with Kayaks and Paddle boat available as part of the rental. Twelve passenger Malibu Wakesetter 23 LSV boat for rent with driver, extra. Snowmobile for rent, extra.

Amazing stay for large family
We had 25 of us ranging from under a year up to 75 years old. The house was great with lots of space for family gathering in the kitchen, living room and downstairs. It is a large home with great yard and dock area where the trampoline and hot tub was well used. The house is even better in person compared to the pictures on line. We would highly recommend for large families and the hosts were very responsive.

Beautiful house and wonderful stay for our family
The large house with many sleeping options was huge for us. We are a large family and we were all very comfortable. Appreciated the large kitchen and great outdoor space. Beautiful yard with great access to the lake. Dock was great for our boat and the hot tub was a nice comfort when it finally cooled off! We have stayed in many places over the past decade and this was by far the best. Thank you for the memories.

Had such a great stay here! Very clear check in & check out information was provided and the one question we did have was responded to quickly. The yard space was incredible with lake access and a hot tub was a great bonus! The house space was plentiful for our group of 12. Would highly recommend! We had a great time celebrating a friend's birthday here with a big group of us. There are many beds for sleeping, lots of entertainment and space to hang out indoors and outdoors. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

Christmas 2023
A very lovely house! We loved using it! Everyone loved skating around the oval on the lake. We were fortunate - the weather over Christmas was phenomenal so it was perfect. We wanted a place big enough to all meet for Christmas and this was great! The only downsides were that it says there is a coffee maker, but it doesn't say that it's only a Keurig. So we didn't bring K-cups. We just had plenty of ground coffee which we couldn't use till we managed to purchase a drip coffee machine. And it says there are 5 bedrooms but we only found it to have 4. We were a large crowd and we managed great!

Perfect Place to gather the Family
Loved it. Great location and view of the lake. Kitchen had everything you needed. Yard space was awesome. Trampoline and playhouse made very kid friendly. Hot tub was clean. Perfect for large family gathering. Appreciated the use of the kayaks. Host was easy to communicate with. Bedroom on main floor got really hot with in floor heat even with the window open but not sure one can do much about that. No life jackets to use with kayaks. Otherwise great property. Would definitely book again.

Great place lots of room for family gathering
It was very comfortable for our family of ten, mostly adults. The weather was rainy and cold so could not do much outside other than the hot tub which had a few problems at the start but worked out ok after it was working again. Lots of things to do inside and lots of room. Lots of room in kitchen for cooking with 2 ovens and a grill, also gas barbeque. We were pleased with our stay and recommend it.

Great Golf getaway
Property was perfect for our group of long time friends to get together for our 35th annual golf vacation. The house provided the ideal setting that allowed us to kick back, visit, and enjoy relaxing meals after playing golf at nearby courses. The meal prep facilities allowed us to prep, cook and enjoy the spacious dining area. All of the beds and washrooms met the needs of all 8 members of our group. Had the best bachelorette weekend here! Plenty of room for guests to sleep and hang out. Lots of amenities as listed and basics provided. Very clean - only took off one star because the ovens could use a clean as we got a bit smoked out when we first turned them on but otherwise property was great and as listed! Would book again.

The home was in a beautiful location with awesome view. We had a celebration of life for our dad with our family. The home worked well for accommodating the family for sleeping. We were disappointed that there were no cushions for the chairs and the hot tub wasn't working. Other than that it was a wonderful weekend at a beautiful location.
