„It is a 5 star high class hotel complex of the Oberoi group. It is definitely not cheap but absolutely worth the money. It was a great stay with very friendly and helpful hotel staff. The help was going way over what you would expect. For example staff in the drop-off area give personal WiFi hotspot if you do not already have mobile service on your phone for India and need a quick online connect. An absolute recommendation to stay here. “

„We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia.“

„Very good hotel. The service is excellent . The manager Karamchand Bhatnagar was very helpful. They had a solution for every problem. Hotel is small , but in a very good area. Lot of malls and activities around. Wi-Fi is a little slow , but good near the routers . I would definitely stay here again , very good for budget travel “
