Brand New home with spectacular mountain views

Come stay in this brand new 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home and encounter everything Taos New Mexico has to offer! You will walk in and be amazed at the 16 foot high ceilings in the living areas with traditional locally sourced vigas (ceiling wooden beams) throughout the home with excellent views of the Taos mountains from large windows and glass doors. It is tastefully decorated with furniture and artwork collected from a life of living and working overseas in many countries. Enjoy your morning coffee or sunset happy hour on the covered patio gazing across pueblo land to the surrounding beauty. The master shower is a piece of art with multiple faucets giving a spa effect.

This home is ideal to encounter the great outdoors and offers convenient access to Taos, the Ski Valley and all of nature's nearby offerings: world class skiing, rafting, fishing, hiking and biking and amazing nearby hot springs. Take in the mountain views out of the expansive windows with plenty of natural lighting to take in the New Mexico sun, your vacation is certain to be a one-of-a-kind experience here.

THE property has 360-Degree Mountain Views from the 2-Acre lot. Covered patio with table, chairs and BBQ.
The construction of the home was just completed in spring 2023 and it has not yet been landscaped (see photos of the outside of the home), but with such fabulous mountain views your eye will look right past the natural sage brush surrounding the property to the mountains in your view.

Taos weekend with adult children
Amazing views!!!! I was worried about a lack of air conditioning but not a problem - window ventilation and tall ceilings made the temp pleasurable. The spot was quiet and relaxing. This home had all the amenities needed. Loved the waterfall/rain shower in the primary suite. The drive to restaurants in Taos proper was gorgeous and short. Go to breakfast at Taos Cow in Arroya Seco- such a great spot for beginning the day. I would stay in this house again. Absolutely.

First time skiing in Taos
It was a short trip but we really enjoyed our first time to Taos. The house was as advertised and perfect for our family (us and our adult children). It is a little away from town but was easy to find, had beautiful views and a straighforward drive to the Taos Valley Ski Village. The house was clean and very comfortable. We ate in a couple nights using the outdoor grill. The kitchen was well appointed and the only addition I would make would be steak knives. We also tried one of the hosts recommended restaurants, Orlando's, and would highly recommend. Gail was a great host.

Gail (host) was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% comfortable and taken care of. The house is big and gorgeous. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of extra towels, linen, blanket and pillows. It is about 10 minute drive to Taos town.

This is a beautiful location. Scenery is amazing. Close to all of the destinations we wanted to visit. The house is well appointed. Lovely decor. Comfortable beds and very quiet. Had everything you need for cooking a nice meal. The scenery was sublime. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property, location, and host!
Highly recommend!! Gail (the property owner) is awesome and had the house fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Great location with quick access to Taos proper and the ski valley with great views of the mountain range. Beautiful home and location
Gail's home was beautiful - brand new everything. Plenty of room for our group of 3 adults and dogs. Every room has a mountain view, with the back porch showcasing the mountains and the sunrises. Communication was excellent and we had no issues during our stay. The home is a few minutes' drive to Taos and a few hours to Santa Fe. Could not ask for a better location - lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Check in and out was seamless. Thanks for providing us a great stay in NM!

An absolute gem
What can we say about this place? Well, this was an absolutely rare find. The home is well thought out. The communication with the owner was wonderful. The grill and seating on the back porch made for relaxing evenings. The rain shower was a treat.
