„When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. „We came to Chicago for a family wedding and had a great stay! The host was super communicative and gracious. The home is gorgeous. The photos don't quite do it justice, high ceilings, beautifully furnished. Everything from the kitchen to the linens and pillows and mattresses was just lovely and comfortable. We were steps away from restaurants and shops in Logan Square and 4 mins walk to the Blue line. The host really goes out of the way to make your stay convenient, paper towels, TP, dish soap, ...

„Stayed two nights. Great location in Rogers park. Property manager is on site and gave a lovely tour of property. Also had a binder with restaurants, things to do, etc which I appreciate! Large kitchen, laundry, garage parking for car. Everything was lovely! “

„The property was nice and clean! Kitchen was well stocked minus cooking oil. Parking directions was a little confusing as it said the lot was marked Tony's Fresh Market Receiving, but it wasn’t and the parking space didn’t have visible numbers, esp at night. “

„The condo is very new and clean. Upscale appliances and finishes. The rooftop deck is very private and is equipped with comfortable furniture. We enjoyed hanging out there in the evenings. Chux is very quick to respond to questions. There are a lot of stairs going up to the condo. It is not suitable for people with mobility issues. “

„The property was not the same as the pictures- I think it was probably another unit in the same building because the decor matched, but there were some definite differences. Aside from that, overall the stay was nice. The condo was very cozy, and it was incredibly close to everything we wanted to do. The shared yard space in the back was nice. The condo is also located close to the airport which is convenient for anyone traveling that way. “

„This was an excellent property. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely apartment accommodations. The Andersonville area is just a few blocks away and includes restaurants, artisan shopping, and walkability. Also it was close to some of the Broadway Ave theaters where we saw a show. It was easy to take a train back toward the city. Our daughter lives up north that way and We definitely would stay there again. “

„Perfect for our family. All one level so easy to keep track of our kiddos. Adorable playground thats walking distance and great access to restaurants, etc. Our 4yo didnt want to leave! Would recommend having sound machines if you have littles so they arent disturbed by train noise. We always travel with ours so not a problem at all. “
