„Booked a cabin last minute during a snow storm for me and my two Border Collies. The owner actually called me to make sure that I knew it was a camping cabin - which I thought was super nice. He brought down a second heater in case the first one didn’t warm the cabin up enough. It was a camping cabin so rustic. „We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp. 2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window. „Amazing find! What a unique accommodation. Rustic but refined with all the amenities of home but with peace, quiet and nature. Enjoyed exploring the grounds and hiking trails and even came across a porcupine. Would definitely stay here again. Probably the best accommodation in the whole area. I can’t imagine coming to deep creek and staying in a boring condo or lake house. Looking forward to checking out every cabin on the property! 5 stars all the way.“
