„Beautiful house, Beautiful lake view and access. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect place for our family to all be together while celebrating a family wedding. Cons were the kitchen and other area were not very clean. I had to clean when we got there. No ironing board or iron which was key to our stay. And was unable to contact the property manager for 2 days. Over all we had a great stay. Great place for a family get together.“

„First of all. We didn’t know the water wasnt potable so we had to grab our own. When we pulled up it’s a barn attached to a house and you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the “apartment” it’s a barn so lots of black flies upstairs so we didn’t use the beds. „Interesting home, well appointed. Some issues with cleanliness, for instance moldy coffee grounds in the coffee pot. House was 51 degrees on arrival, took over 24 hours to warm up to 63 degrees. No help provided by owner or Vacasa. However the location and layout of the house worked perfectly for us and we had a spectacular eclipse experience.“

„We stayed at the wonderful Loza house for the weekend. The unit was beautiful, in excellent condition and very well equipped. The check-in process was seamless and our host, Jon was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The location was amazing, one of the best on-lake locations we have stayed at over the last few years. „Great place for a family. Convenient to Ausable Chasm, some nice restaurants and a great state day use facility. Great fenced yard and there were s’more sticks which was convenient. „We came to support our nephew in a professional fishing tournament on Lake Champlain. The cabin has beautiful views of the lake and is within 15 min of many restaurants. The cabin was so comfortable. One constructive criticism would be to put a tv in the queen bedroom downstairs. Only 1 of 3 bedrooms had tv in them, so 3 adults piled in our 75 year old moms bed to watch tv. We still had a great time. We will rent again!“
