With breathtaking valley views and a large, inviting hot tub, this is the ultimate getaway for relaxation and rejuvenation or plenty of outdoor year-round adventures! Great for families and groups to enjoy all the festivities in Ellicottville, but also a short drive or ride-share to escape the crowds for more privacy.

Our spacious mountain retreat sits on 7 private acres and boasts 3,200 square feet of living space, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, live cable TV for your favorite sports teams, and a cozy wood-burning stove for those chilly nights, firewood included with your stay! No matter the weather, our expansive covered deck provides extended living space where you can take in sunrises, and sunsets, or simply relax in the hot tub while hummingbirds visit during the summer.

❆ The hot tub is cleaned and sanitized after each guest's stay

❆ Holiday Valley is 5 miles away, Hardt House is located south of the village of Ellicottville so you do not need to drive through town to get to the slopes.
❆ Our home is supplied with well water with a complete water softener filtration system and UV Luminor Blackcomb water treatment system for safe, pure drinking water
❆ Please note there is one security camera on the exterior of the house located on the lower level entrance doorbell.
