How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe. The Bay Suites, the host company, lied and said they changed the master code so the upstairs renters ...

„This is a great place to stay for a couple visiting Kitchener. Cindy was an excellent host and provided everything we needed. Parking was excellent as we had use of the whole driveway. For anyone having to visit St Mary's Hospital, this place is only a 5 minute drive. Thanks again Cindy for everything right down to the chocolates on the pillow. „It was a beautiful apartment, just like in the pictures. Check in at the reception at the main entrance easy, chip received. If you arrive by car, there is free parking in the underground garage, just give the landlady the license plate number by phone beforehand and you can drive in without any problems. Very nice landlady, everything was clean, very cozy, great view. Anytime again.“
