„Von außen natürlich sehr ansehnliche, jedoch schläft man nicht in dem "Schloss" sondern in sogenannten Lodges, Zimmer die gegenüber des Haupteingangs liegen. Das Bad müsste mal saniert werden, besonders der Lüfter hat in unserem Fall geklappert. Das Bett ungewöhnlich hoch, aber dafür sehr gemütlich. Man sollte aber immer den Haupteingang nehmen, wenn man mit dem Auto anfährt, bloß nicht verfahren, sonst begibt man sich um das Hauptgelände herum in eine Art Expedition und kommt von der ...

„The hotel was in the perfect location for the rail station, which was the reason for booking. The hotel was adequate in regards to their facilities, and the owner was very friendly, which is always a plus. The room was small, but fine for an overnight stay. It was a little bit musty in smell, though probably just needed airing a little bit more. Breakfast was reasonable and I was accommodated for allergies and preference. “

„Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Nicht gefallen hat die britische Zimmergröße (sehr klein). Zudem war ich im Dezember da und es war sehr kalt im Zimmer. Der Heizkörper ist außer Betrieb, es wurde per Luftungsanlage geheizt was leider durch die undichten Fenster nicht ausreichend war. Die Lage ist etwas weit vom “Schuss” was halb so wild ist sofern man ein Auto hat. Fazit: Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen ok.“

„It was a comfortable stay. There were a few things that could be seen as a safety issue but nothing that’s not fixable. The radiators didn’t work and the room did get quite cold but other than that it was a secure and safe place. I didn’t have to worry about people coming in and out of the building because of the key codes which is good! I would stay here again as it’s quite affordable and again, a comfortable stay.
