„I came to Destin for my daughter’s 1st birthday celebration. Let me start off by saying my main purpose and goal was the ocean…and this unit did not disappoint. The pictures are dull compared to how beautiful it is when you walk onto the balcony. We could watch the sun set from the balcony. This rental had everything we needed except washer and dryer which was my mistake - I didn’t realize the one bedrooms do not have washer and dryers. We had issues in the beginning with the dishwasher and air ...

„We had 8 of us visit for the New Year and loved our stay! It was so close to the private beach. Super short, easy walk to get there. We also loved having access to a pickle ball court. Highly recommend!“

„We made a weekend trip to visit home and family at our favorite beaches. We were thankful to bring our pups with us. The location was great, the townhouse was great. Room for improvement in the upkeep of the backyard both to ensure the dogs don’t get loose from the backyard as well as maintaining the overgrowth of weeds. We would stay here again, but would be better prepared for canine security and comfort.“

„The photos for this listing are spot on! The views are spectacular and the modern beach feel of the condo is beautiful and tastefully done. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. We happened to be there during the first snow in over 35 years which was kinda different for a beach vacation.We’ll need to come back when the weather is a little milder.“

„My family of four stayed in Destin for our spring break this year. The condo was just as advertised, super clean, nicely decorated and just enough space for all of us. The view from the balcony was amazing, spent most of any downtime we had sitting out there enjoying the view. The resort is very family friendly and the staff there were awesome too.
