„The pool area was beautiful! The rooms where nice and comfy. The staff was very helpful. We used google translator to communicate. They had coffee ready every morning downstairs by the pool. The only downside was the area surrounding the hotel. What's noisy? We had a car, so it was okay that it wasn't in the downtown beach area. But walking to the beach or downtown would be dicey. „This was an extremely clean well maintained suite. Our view of the fishing boats on the canal was interesting to watch from our deck. We used the heated pool and relaxed on the deck chairs every day! The hosts were very helpful in every way even giving us their own fan on a hot still day. „ The apartment is only about 50 meters from the beach, so the sound of the waves coming in is very peaceful. The apartment is very poorly equipped. Only one pot and one pan to cook meals with. No cupboards, no dresser. Bed is very comfortable. Deck is very hot during the day, so not really useable. Pool on the roof was nice, as one could sit in it and watch the whales in the bay. Recommended, in spite of the inadequacies.“

„Playa Grande is the perfect getaway. Three pools, snack bar, onsite store, walkable beach.The condo we stayed in was well appointed, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. „Location of the home was within short walking distance to several good restaurants and not far from the centre of Barra, its beach and malecon.
