„Je crois sincèrement qu' il n' y a pas eu de suivi sur cet hôtel nous sommes arrivés à 20.30 la porte du hall d'entrée était barré nous avons donc sonné comme demandé et aussi cogné à la porte indiqué et aussi telephoné mais pas de réponse.
