„Well located in a quiet neighborhood, grocery store and good breakfast coffee right next door, clean, stylishly furnished, coffee and coffee machine available and a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station. Pleasant host, she responded within a reasonable time and kept us well informed about everything. The apartment is on the ground floor and is therefore a bit dark. Since we used it mainly for sleeping, it was not disturbing.“

„This property is a quintessential NYC apartment. 2nd floor walk up midway between 9th and 10th Avenue so absolutely perfect if you want to walk to the theatre. Amenities are mostly as described in listing. The couch was different and not as nice as the one in the photo. The A/C described in the listing is 2 window A/C units that we needed to run the entire time we were there to keep the place cool. there is a ceiling fan, but no way to turn it on, no remote, no instructions. „This apartment was perfect. The location was close to subway, easy walk to Times Square, Essa Bagels. Three bathrooms was awesome. We enjoyed the open air terrace. „We stayed 2 nights and it was nice to have parking in the driveway. Place was immaculate and had a good amount of amenities in the kitchen. Beds were large and comfortable. The driveway is on a slope and there is a flight of steps up which was fine for most of our family but a little harder for the elderly in our group. 1 bathroom meant we were on a rotation but we made it work. We'd stay here again.“
