Great value when there is no event going on in the arenas across the street (except for parking which is expensive at an extra charge) Self-service concept - It's clean, but not maintained in detail as I would expect from a 4* hotel. E.g. torn carpet and cabinets, missing power cables that the maintenance person claims have been missing for a long time (why not replace it then?)“

„overall the place is very clean and beautiful. only con is the parking they don't provide free parking but there is parking beside the hotel which is $22 per day I wish it stated in the booking process that they don't provide free parking in the beginning so that I include that in my expenses.“

Despite the age of the building, the impressive atrium architecture is impressive. The room was cosy and quiet, the staff and service extremely friendly and helpful. I found the breakfast in the somewhat separate ‘Sway’ restaurant very cosy. A little more attention should perhaps be paid to the functional condition of the rooms. The towel rail in the bathroom was loose and the room safe did not work. I spent three nights at the hotel as a holidaymaker and would definitely recommend it."
