Le Cottage Bleu - Charmant Gîte

Fall under the charm of the cottage Le Cottage Bleu at only 15 minutes from the beaches of Charente and 20 minutes from Royan! Located in a peaceful natural setting, the cottage offers you all the comfort you need for a relaxing stay with family or friends! Your accommodation consists of a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and three large outdoor spaces, a large garden and a sheltered terrace with garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are not provided.

The gite is composed as follows:

On the first floor :
- A bright living room with 3 armchairs and a sofa, a fan, a coffee table facing a large stone fireplace, a dining table that can accommodate up to 5 guests as well as a direct access to the terrace.
- A fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, induction cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. It also has direct access to the garden through a large glass door.

Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a single bed and storage space.
- A large room with a beautiful high ceiling and exposed beams with a double bed, a double sofa bed, many closets and storage space as well as a chair and a desk.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, a hair dryer, and a toilet.

Exterior:
- A large enclosed and private garden of 150 m² with an outdoor table and chairs.
- A courtyard of about 100 m² accessible from the dining room and equipped with a sheltered terrace with tables, chairs, a large functional stone fireplace and a refrigerator.

Looking for a breath of fresh air? Discover the cobbled streets of Talmont-sur-Gironde, a typical village full of charm with the sweet scent of roses! Then follow the marked trails of Meschers-sur-Gironde which wind between vineyards and marshes without forgetting its troglodytic caves. At the edge of the cliffs, magnificent viewpoints on the estuary and the "carrelets" are offered to you. For water sports lovers, the Gironde estuary offers canoeing, dinghy sailing, paddling, pedal boats, electric boats, etc. Finally, turn to beautiful Royan for a day of relaxing on the beach or strolling through the city streets.
