Check in attendant just handed my key and pointed to the elevator . No mention of room number, I had to look at key to figure out what floor/room I was in. I also had to ask what time breakfast was. Customer service was truly lacking.
Once in room, immediately noticed the shower had not been cleaned and there was a pile of wet wash clothes in the corner.
Returned to front desk to request another room.
Seriously made me question the cleanliness of the rooms when something so obvious was overlooked.
As for breakfast. Decent selection, but asked for hot chocolate and was told they don’t have it on the weekends. The nice lady then offered to find some, only to return and say that the winter months they don’t get any. Note- it’s March and high for the day was only 40!
I requested a credit for the room cleanliness, but was told because I booked with Expedia he couldn’t do anything.
