All you need to do is pack your bags! Everything you need to enjoy your stay is available for you. Enjoy this fully furnished 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, den and great room with a view of the 10th fairway in this beautiful gated golf course community. Watch the sunset from the comfort of your screened-in lanai. Your stay also includes wifi, all stainless steel appliances, a washer-dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Located on the first-floor end unit. Walk up to a screened-in front door with patio seating, one covered parking space with visitors parking spaces as well.
Stoneybrook community offers an 18 hole pay-as-you-play public PGA golf course. It also includes 3 swimming pools, hot tub, a clubhouse, a gym, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball, baseball, beach volleyball, basketball, rollerblade rink, and a beautiful walking path that allows you to take in all the views and stunning sites of this community. There are many beaches to choose from all a hop, skip and a jump away such as Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Beach, Lovers Key Beach, Vanderbilt Beach and South Naples Beaches.
You will never run out of fun things to do, some walking distance while others are just a short drive away. Some of these locations include Miramar Outlets, CVS, Publix, Duffy's Sports Bar, Golf Coast Center, Coconut Point Mall, Marcato Mall, Hertz arena and Jet Blue Park for sports lovers.
This stunning condo is just a 10-minute drive from the Southwest Florida Airport in Fort Myers off of route I-75. Less than a 2-hour drive to Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Tampa and under a 3-hour drive to Orlando.

A beautiful community
The condo was very nice….very clean, ample space—3 bedrooms, beautiful flooring and very comfortable furniture. Nice patio overlooking the golf course. Community has golf course, tremendous walking paths and ideal location—-very close to shopping, airport and interstate.

Perfect Florida Getaway
We spent our 8 days in Estero enjoying perfect weather at our "home base" at Stoneybrook. Accommodations were a relaxing and comfortable place to come back to after a day of exploring Florida beaches, golf and dining! Great view of sunsets sitting on the lanai!

Awesome vacation spot!
We had a fantastic months stay at this Great Condo & complex in Estero! Condo is exactly how it is advertised & we were pleasantly surprised & enjoyed a clean home! Stoneybrook gem
We could not have asked for a more beautiful condo. The unit is spotless (and I’m very picky) and the decor is just beautiful. The view from the lanai of golf course, lake and fountain is very relaxing. The location.. Stoneybrook is close to everything - shopping, restaurants and a short drive to downtown Naples and Marco Island. We have stayed in the community several times and love the many amenities it offers. Communication with host was always easy. We would definitely recommend this lovely home for a Florida vacation. You will love it!!!
