Nakai Peak 41B is a contemporary 2BR/2BA condo with amazing views of Marys Lake and the Rocky Mountains. Just a stone's throw away from Marys Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks.
The open living area features a comfy queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep. The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.
The master suite offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious jetted tub/shower combo and two sinks. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.
Enjoy more mountain views from the deck with a private hot tub. Nakai Peak 41B is the perfect mountain home away from home!
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Well appointed
We had a lovely time. Everything was clean and the condo is well appointed. Mgmt responded in a timely manner. As others have mentioned, the master shower curtain is a bit too small and comes down easily. The hot tub jet button has been over pushed and takes a bit to get it to come on.

Overall great place
Property was well kept and very clean. Our only issue was with the hot tub. We were not informed that we would not be able to use it the first day of our stay due to it having to be cleaned (water changed). When we did get to use it the jets were not working properly thus making it basically a hot water siting tub. Other than this our stay was wonderful and enjoyable.

First time in Estes Park
This was our first time in Estes Park and we were really happy with our stay! The condo was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the private hot tub and it was within a short driving distance to downtown shops and restaurants in Estes Park! Communication with the property manager was quick/ fast responses. The community pool could use a little TLC. The pool was up and running but was slightly run down. With that being said, we still enjoyed our time in the pool especially with that view! The views from the condo were wonderful! We would consider staying here again if we come back to this area in the future!

Perfect Experience
This condo was everything that it was advertised to be. The condo and property both were very clean with good views. The check in was extremely easy and it had everything we needed. The only regret was that we never used the private hot tub. The thing we really liked was the condo was at a perfect location for us. Just far enough from downtown Estes Park but still close enough to be convenient to the stores and restaurants. The entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park was just down the road. I can see us staying here again and bringing family with us.

The unit was very clean, well stocked, and as pictured on the listing. The hot tub was nice and easy to operate. However, the bedding was yellowed, frayed, pilling, and did not fit the mattress. There is also no duvet cover, and the duvet is just placed between two flat sheets. I now see that this was brought to the owner’s attention in previous reviews (which is completely on me for ignoring), and nothing has been done about it. And also as mentioned in other reviews, there is an ask for a tip for the person who cleans the unit. This is very off-putting since we paid a very large cleaning fee. Which leads me to believe very little of this actually goes to the cleaning crew, and we were overcharged.

Great amenities and location
A great property that is close to lots of things to do in Estes. Check in/out instructions were easy to follow. It was great to have laundry onsite and a full kitchen as well for our family stay. The only suggestions for improvement would be stronger curtain rods for both bathrooms, as even when gently opening/closing we had multiple issues with them falling down. It would also help to add more towel hooks in both bathrooms, as between the hot tub, pool, and showers we quickly ran out of spots to hang wet towels.

The property location is amazing with very nice views. The house is well mamanged with all necessary amenities. Only negatives were that the bathroom door locks were not working and probably the space could use a humidifier as it can get really dry.

Perfect stay!
This condo was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, and more than enough towels, which is so nice. Check in was easy, and we loved having a door code rather than a key to keep track of. Our only suggestion would be to put curtains on the bedroom windows to help block out some of the bright early morning sunshine. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great time at the condo. The only complaint I have is that we spent over an hour finding it, and had to call emergency after hours to help us find it. If you could provide a map of Mary's lake lodge that showed the unit, I think the check in would be much easier.

Would have been 5 stars, but high add on fees
This was a great place, with great views! Because of some of prior reviews, I was concerned about the unit being "tired". We did not find it that way at all. The hot tub was clean and very pleasant, the kitchen well stocked, and the beds comfortable. Only small complaint about the unit - the sheets! So pilled that it felt like crumbs in the bed. Even my husband, who usually doesn't notice these things, commented. And, the FEES. After paying the very high cleaning fee, they suggest leaving a tip for housekeeping. I did, because I suspect very little of that cleaning fee actually goes to the people cleaning the unit. I can only say that we were so desperate for a post-covid vacation that we sucked up and paid it.

Cozy Rental That Felt Like Home Away From Home
We enjoyed our stay at the rental property. It was very clean and we got great use out of the hot tub and fireplace in the evenings when we were wore out from adventuring each day. The hot tub was not working when we arrived, but SkyRun was quick to send over a tech (within 15 minutes) and had it working properly in no time and it was nice and hot when we were ready to use it that evening. Easy access to local attractions.

I had higher expectations for the price. Dryer took 2-3 cycles to dry. Hot tub water filthy. Place hadn’t been dusted in a long time. Cheap blinds falling apart and cords knotted. Sofa mattress was duct taped to repair previous damage. Great views and good amenities. Check in/out was easy but directions for check in/out could use detail (email should say the lock code will be sent to you on check in date. Right now it says “the door code is…” and it’s blank.
