Petit bémol concernant la réservation via le site Hotels.com : celui-ci indiquait que tout avait déjà été payé en ligne, à l’exception des taxes de séjour. Finalement, j’ai dû régler la totalité de la somme sur place."

"Wir haben spontan noch eine Nacht dazu gebucht und hatten somit 2 Buchungen. Es war kein Problem das gleiche Zimmer zubehalten. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstückbuffet war reichhaltig. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. "

"Due to the Spa access times we were not allowed to go into the pool during the afternoon with our children. They’ve been very unfriendly and rude about it. On the second day of our stay we got kicked out of the pool. When talking to the staff at the reception about us being asked to leave they were completely overwhelmed and again not very friendly.
