Unser Grundstück befindet sich am Lake Eufaula in Eufaula, Oklahoma. Es ist ein Anwesen am Wasser mit Wasser auf drei Seiten. Es gibt 10 Schlafzimmer mit drei zusätzlichen Auszügen und zwei Bädern. Ein Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche und das andere mit einer Dusche und einer Whirlpool-Badewanne ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, einen Herd, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Müllentsorgung. Eine Bar mit mehr als 10 Plätzen und ein Küchentisch mit 8 Plätzen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit Tellern, Tassen, Schüsseln, Besteck und Trinkgläsern für 16 Personen ausgestattet. Ebenfalls enthalten sind Töpfe und Pfannen, Backgeschirr, Kochutensilien, Rührschüsseln, Mixer, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Eine Kingsize-Matratze, fünf Queensize-Matratzen, ein Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Tagesbett, ein Pack and Play-Bett, ein Kleinkinderbett und ein Kinderbett stehen zur Verfügung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive. Das Spielzimmer im Obergeschoss umfasst eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Stoßfänger-Billardtisch, der in einen Pokertisch umgewandelt werden kann, einen Futon und einen 71-Zoll-Fernseher, der zum Spielen von Videospielen verwendet werden kann. Eine Videospielkonsole ist nicht vorhanden. Der Spielbereich umfasst ein Puppenhaus, eine Spielküche, Autos, Legos, ein Perlenlabyrinth und verschiedene andere Spielzeuge. Das 30X32 große Zimmer verfügt über Marmorböden, einen französischen Kamin und einen 70-Zoll-Fernseher. Die vielen Fenster des großen Zimmers bieten einen Blick auf den See. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über drei Schlafsofas. Zusätzlich gibt es zwei Liebessitze, die sich zurücklehnen. Die Villa verfügt über eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Waschbecken. Die Villa ist durch zwei Türen an der Vorderseite der Villa und eine Glasschiebetür von einem Hauptschlafzimmer zugänglich, das zu einer Terrasse führt. Die Terrasse verfügt über einen Grill, Gartenmöbel. Ein unterirdischer Tornado-Unterstand ist innerhalb der Villa zugänglich. Zusätzlich ist die Villa behindertengerecht. Ein zusätzliches Gästehaus ist für größere Gruppen gegen Aufpreis erhältlich.

Great family vacation
We had a great time at our recent stay at Angel Point Villa. The house was clean and well maintained and fit our group of 21 perfectly. It has a huge kitchen that is extremely well stocked and a large living room with room for everyone. The house has 4 queen rooms, one full, and one King , a twin over full bunk room and regular bunk room so 8 bedrooms plus several couches in 2 living areas and upstairs game room. At this time there are only two bathrooms. They are working on two more but have had construction delays. The area under construction is behind closed doors and does not affect the use of the rest of the house. There is a handicap ramp into the house but the current bathrooms are not handicap accessible. You need to cross a grassy area to get to the ramp. Just be prepared for that if you have someone using a walker or wheelchair. There is a concrete slab with table and chairs outside with a gas grill.. The view of the lake is mostly blocked by the owners beautiful home but you can see the lake on each side. The owner does have farm equipment on their property, (not on the villa property,) along where you walk down to beach access. That did not bother us. The lake was high so there was no sandy beach area, it was under water. The Corps of Engineers have restricted shoreline mowing, tree and limb removal to help with erosion control so there is a strip a little grown up. We still had room for canopy and chairs on shore. Great time had by all.

Disappointed
Very misleading listing. Terrible value. Very unkept. Spider and cobwebs everywhere. Owner met me at the home and showed me to the unfinished bathrooms, in very unsafe condition. (The property does only list two bathrooms, but I felt comfortable booking it for our large group after the owner told me in October of 2022 that two new bathrooms would be finished within the next month.) I expressed frustration. The owner replied, “I guess I should have told you.” She absolutely should have, and she misled our family. Owner has known for months that these bathrooms would not be finished and had ample opportunity to inform us. Power tools—saws, drills, nail guns littered the floor. Lack of safety and inability to secure this area was negligent and unacceptable. Group of 20 shared two bathrooms, there were lines multiple times a day, and toilets could not accommodate this amount of use. House was generally uncared for—urine smell, mold in shower, many doors would stick or not fully close, light bulbs out all over the house, broken ceiling fans. These issues point to neglect—could be easily corrected. Owner’s home and yard equipment—tractors, shed, trailers, a garbage dumpster, piles of rolled up turf, and septic run-off block the view and litter the path down to the water, which was advertised as a “manicured lawn.” Huge disappointment. Would never stay here again. We expect more not only from Vrbo, but also from the former state representative who owns the Vrbo.

Huge house lots of room
The house was very accommodating for my family of 15, owners were very friendly. The living room furniture and mattresses definitely need to be replaced especially on all of the couch beds. View of the lake is mostly blocked by owners house but you still have access to the beach which was perfect for my grandchildren. Wasn't thrilled about no blinds or curtains in living room I felt like we were on display at night but overall it was great and my family had a blast. It would be nice to have had some patio furniture on the porch where the shade was but we brought lawn chairs and it all worked out.

Angel Pointe was a perfect 'place for my family of 17. The living area and kitchen were perfect. There was ample counter space in the kitchen and you had plenty of room to have more than one person working at a time. The beach and swimming area were great. All of the great grandchildren age 9 to 3 had a ball swimming in an area that was nice and sandy and not too deep. There were plenty of beds for us all to sleep comfortably. The kids as well as the adults enjoyed the game room. We all had a great time and will be staying here again.

This property was great for a large family of 14 people. The open kitchen/living area is large and accommodating. Kitchen utensils were available, and everything was in good working order. For ease of walking, suggest using the beach area to the west of the owner’s house rather than the East. Plenty of sand on the beach. There is a public boat ramp not more than a couple miles away. Good place for large groups.

Wonderful beach
We had plenty of space in the house for 11 people. The kitchen and family area were plenty large enough to have all of us gathered. The beach was private and the lake was clean. The side we stayed on to swim was shallow with soft sand. It was perfect for all ages of kids, ours ranged from 2-13 years old. Everyone was able to enjoy the water and beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

This property was even nicer than what we had already been excited about. The location is wonderful. The property owners were great to work with - so accommodating and kind!!! We had a surprise birthday party for our mom (all my siblings and their families were able to come). Everyone felt comfortable with the space and enjoyed the easy lake access. Had a blast!!! Highly recommend!

Property needs some TLC
For the cost of this property, I'd expect things to be in cleanier, more operable condition. The property feels like you're at your grandma's house and needs some work done. There's just a few things kinda wonky: tiles missing in the shower, a few doors are hard to open/don't close properly, there's no key/code to lock the doors (the owner's just left the front door unlocked), no a/c in the upstairs game room, no wifi and very spotty cell phone coverage, and carpet is old. There's also some spider webs throughout that we had to clear out. The lake front is absolutely gorgeous! Like other reviews mentioned, it's a trek down to the shoreline, but it has a welcoming, sandy beach front great for swimming. The property was advertised as having views of the lake from 3 sides -- but really what you have is views of the owner's huge house -- which is directly in front of the property and blocks all the views. The owner's didn't leave any keys or key code, and there's no clear differentiation between properties. The owner's are very nice, there's a ton of bedrooms to sleep in, just hope some improvements can be made as it has a lot of potential!

Very fun and relaxing family time!!!
The house and property was beautiful. Water view from house was relaxing. We sat out on the porch after dark and watched the moon shine across the lake. Awesome view. Everything we needed and more was available for us. We had a party of 17 and there was plenty of room. The living room easily held all of us. And lots of beds available. Randy, the owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. A big thank you to Jose for helping out! We caught a lot of fish off the dock and had a fish fry. More fish than we could eat. Somewhat misleading
The property is marketed as waterfront however it is somewhat misleading. The “property” is waterfront however the villa really is not. The owners’ home, outbuildings and guest house sit between the villa and the water. It is quite the trek down to the beach and you have to go around the home and it’s surrounding buildings. The best thing about the villa is the great room area...plenty of room to gather a big group together for meals and visiting. There were a few hiccups with the atmosphere and amenities as well. Hopefully other guests will have better luck!
