This secluded two-story home is an adventurous family's dream with fabulous parks and nature trails to the north, east, and west and less than five miles to California's famed Pacific coast. If your outdoorsy crew includes a friendly canine or two, your dogs are welcome to join you. After a day-long expedition, you'll be happy to return to the quiet comfort of your spacious rental and its array of amenities.

The primary unit features an open-concept living space with wood accents including a full kitchen with a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances along with a spacious living area with comfortable furnishings for the entire group to unwind and a large TV and fireplace. The dining area is the perfect space for gathering and enjoying culinary dishes and conversation. Younger guests will be pleased with the kid-friendly perks like children's books, toys, and board games. And the adults will be wowed by the main bedroom's room-sized walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom with a stone soaking tub and walk-in rain shower. With five spacious bedrooms, getting a good night's sleep will be a breeze here.

The smaller unit offers additional space and comfort and is comprised of a separate unit above the garage with a separate entrance. Contemporary touches can be found throughout, along with recessed lighting, creating an elegant and chill atmosphere. An additional well-equipped kitchen provides greater capacity for creating home-style meals. Enjoy these at the high-top table, while a comfortable sofa allows you to rest and stream your favorite show on the smart TV. Should you need to work or study, there is a desk in one of the two pristine bedrooms.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
