„We had stayed at this property many times years ago when it was a Residence Inn. This is the first time back under the MainStay Suites umbrella. The property has definitely gone down but still okay. Rooms are big, bed was comfortable, not the cleanest and a slight smell that wasn't the most pleasant but other than that, we would probably stay here again if doing some shopping at the Battlefield Mall. „The inside was very clean and comfortable. The house is well taken care of.Although I felt safe during my stay, other properties around the neighborhood were in disrepair, some even with visible roof damage or gaps. It's not anything this owner can do, but awareness about the state of the neighborhood might be an issue for some.“

„It was great and Jeremy was great at responding and taking care of anything we needed. I only gave 4 stars for accuracy of description because the couch can be slept on but it does not convert to a sofa bed. However, there is a loft bed in the queen room. „The best part about this place is that it is about a 10-minute walk from downtown. The place is clean and has all the basics you need. Just a heads-up that the queen bed is a mattress in the closet that you drag out of the closet and set up in the living room. I did appreciate how the cabinets and the closet were labeled with a list of the contents. That saved time in looking through every cabinet! The house is a little bit old, but it is fixed up well. “
