„The chalet could not have been more perfect for our winter escape. Warm, cozy, and impeccably clean. Charming rustic details and thoughtful touches throughout. Jaw dropping view out the back deck. „We loved our stay at this cottage on the lake. There was plenty of space for my husband, son and I. We loved the indoor and outdoor space. It was super clean and my son loved the loft bed. The access to the beach was a great feature too. We loved walking to the water and playground each day. The view is unreal! Even though a lot of things in town were closed we loved Bolton Landing. It had cute shops and antiques. We also had a great dinner and enjoyed the brewery in town on the rainy day. “

„We loved the cabin, which has a very personal touch. We loved the chats with David and his personal stories. We loved to sit outside and have breakfast (partly with things that David provided). „Four of us stayed at this beautiful,private log cabin style home in the woods for the weekend.It was close to town if you needed gas,groceries,souvenir shopping,etc.,The large home was very neat,clean and comfortable.The owners left us a lovely greeting card for when we arrived.Beds were very comfortable.We highly recommend this home and would enjoy another stay there.Thank you.“

„Actually had more room than I thought, we could have fit another 2 people in there! Very spacious. Photos on the website are a little outdated since the TVs have been upgraded since. There were some questionable items like piles of sheets on the floor that looked like they where not cleaned or doors to the closets that where falling off. „The home was amazing plenty of space for the whole family we all had a great stay at the home. The movie selection was great and was nice to unplug for a bit and watch movies with the family. The only problem I had was the road entering home is a bit challenging even with 4x4 the top portion was all ice and made almost impossible to climb but luckily neighbors were great and they had someone come sand within hour which fixed the issue. Will def stay again maybe summer next time if available “

„Overall nice clean rustic little cabin at a reasonable rate. Easy to get to and close to shopping, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Owner was friendly and checked in with us on our stay. If you don't need to be on the water and don't want to stay at a hotel, this is a great alternative with all the amenities you need including full kitchen.“

Due to some construction near the site, she called me on day of arrival and offered an upgrade as she wanted to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
