„The property and has was even more amazing in person! Large fully fenced yard, lawn area, pool, and hot tub. On the same property as the owners but still secluded enough that you don’t feel like you’re a bother to anyone. Easy parking, full amenities throughout the house, cannot wait to stay again! “

„Nice home in a great location! Close to all things needed for downtown Sacramento. It is one unit of the 4 units in one building. Easy check in/check out process. Host was very responsive with communication. My only real complaint was the bathroom door wouldn't close or lock properly and one bedroom had a curtain to separate the room from the living room so not very private but we were with friends and family so it was fine with us!“

„I booked this place for a quick overnight trip in Sacramento. The place can do with a little cleaning. There was food on the pull out bed, strands of hair on the floor and the blinds required some dusting. With all of that said I would stay the night again. The place was in a safe area, plenty of places to eat and everything was a reasonably priced. “

„Our family had a wonderful stay at the Lakehouse - spacious, warm, clean and light, beautiful scenery (lake, vineyards, horses). Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, small appliances, and cooking gear, as well as basic kitchen needs (oil and spices, foil, etc.). We loved the great room, movie night, walks on the property. Tim and staff were quick and attentive to a request for help in re-setting the TV/cable/internet box. „This place was nice and it will played out. It great because you can park your rental car in the driveway instead of try to Park on the street where you have a hard time finding a parking spot. „Such a lovely and comfortable place to stay. It was very clean, and had everything we might need - easy parking, comfy beds, places to hang out (front room, kitchen, outdoors - tho it was cold for outside for is as we were visiting family for thanksgiving, but it looked very pleasant :) soaps, towels, dishes etc. It also had lovely decor while feeling very comfortable and was quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again for sure. “

„The property was in a good neighborhood and wasn’t bad overall. The property managers communication was good. The listing (pictures and details) were miss leading (no gym, pool table was kids size and more) The furniture was the worst part. It was either not put together or broken with the boxes and extra parts all around the house in closets and drawers. I would recommend this property and property manager as a second option.“

In unserem Zimmer waren die Vorhänge auf der einen Seite leicht kaputt an der Aufhängung oben, wodurch sie runterhingen.
